The Fat Lads on Bikes along with Aspect Plastering and Building have recently undertaken yet another challenge but this time it was done to support a young family in Saltburn.

We carried out a large Dormer Loft Conversion after the previous builder stole a substantial deposit without even attempting to start work on the project!

Due to the build being stalled the couples 5 year old son Theo had to make do with a makeshift bedroom in the dining room.

With the kind help and support of local suppliers and contractors we were able to complete the build within budget and would like to thank Micheal Harrison Roofing especially for installing the Firestone roof completely free of charge!, we would also like to thank Gary Mcmanus of Burton Roofing Merchants (Stockton Branch) who agreed to provide the materials needed at better than cost price to help this young family complete this project.

Fat Lads on Bikes commissioned artist Dan Walls to paint a fantastic Spiderman wall mural on Theo's bedroom wall.

And finally a massive thank you to the Ellen Timney Foundation who have supplied bedroom furniture and accessories to make Theo's bedroom extra special.
